Residential Maintenance Program

Our maintenance program is a monthly subscription that keeps your HVAC system on a regular schedule of professional care. Each plan includes two visits per year — one AC cleaning and inspection in the spring, and one heater cleaning and inspection in the fall — so your system is always prepared before the seasons change. You choose the tier that fits your needs, and we handle the rest.

All three plans include two annual visits, seasonal AC and heater cleanings, and no after-hours fees. Here’s how they differ:

• Silver ($15/month) — Great for homeowners who want reliable scheduled maintenance and a 10% discount on repairs and equipment.
• Gold ($25/month) — Adds priority service, a 15% repair discount, 10% off new equipment, and 1 lb of freon at no cost per year.
• Platinum ($30/month) — Our most comprehensive plan, with a 20% repair discount, 10% off new equipment, no service fees, 1 lb of freon at no cost per year, and priority service.

A minimum one-year commitment is required for all plans. After the initial year, your plan continues on a month-to-month basis until you choose to cancel. This ensures your system gets the consistent, scheduled care it needs to perform at its best.

During your spring AC visit, we perform a thorough cleaning of the outdoor unit and coils, check refrigerant levels, inspect electrical connections, test system performance, and assess overall condition. We’re looking for anything that could cause a breakdown or efficiency loss before the Arkansas summer heat arrives.

During your fall furnace visit, we clean the heat exchanger and burners, inspect the flue and venting system, check all safety controls, test ignition and operation, and verify that your system is running safely and efficiently. This is especially important for ensuring your family’s safety heading into colder months.
